Shipping Policy
Free shipping Australia wide for our aftermarket products. Custom orders will be calculated based on destination of delivery and quantity purchased. Orders will be shipped the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement or special request. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, normally two to three business days using Australia Post. International shipping for our Sokhyte socks and apparel is free for orders over $100.00. Custom orders delivered overseas will be calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your after market purchase for any any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange your Sokhyte socks, or Sokhyte apparel. We do not offer a refund or return on any custom purchased product, as these products are specific to each customers needs, and we cannot resell a custom made product to another party. If there is a manufactures fault with any garment, we will remake the product free of charge.
