ORDERING PROCESS

CYCLING AND RUNNING SOCKS

Email your ideas to info@sokhyte.com.au including a PNG file of your logo including your team/club/group/shop name

 

  •      2 x artwork variations based on your ideas will be sent to you for review and amendments. Maximum of 4 colors can be used

​

  •      Amendments to the artwork and final artwork to be approved and signed off

 

  •      Choose between 2 inch to 7 inch cuff length options

​

  •      Pre-Production sample will be made PRIOR to production

 

  •      Approval of the sample before production

 

  •      Chose sizes S/M 38-43 EU, M/L 43-45 EU & XL 45-49 EU

​

  •      Minimum quantity of 20 pairs per size. For example ordering 80 pairs over 2 sizes could be broken down to                                      20/40, 30/30 for example. Ordering 120 pairs over 3 sizes will be broken down to a combination as below:-

  •      Sizes split over 20 SM, 40 ML, 60 XL or 50 SM, 50 ML, 20 XL

 

  •      One design and the same colors for the total order

​

  •      Lead time is 2 weeks for pre-production samples to be made AFTER artwork is approved

​

  •      3-4 weeks for the production to be completed

​

  •      All socks come displayed on our custom header cards OR individually wrapped with Australian Made logo

 

  •      Minimum 80 pairs custom socks - $13.00 per pair. Minimum 150 pairs custom socks - $10.00 per pair

  •      PRICES INCLUDE ALL SET UP COSTS AND PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLE

  •     Shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and destination of delivery

We offer a full custom solution for your team, club, group or individual. We can design and produce your kit, plus offer our stock socks to match your kit or a custom design just for you. We offer NO minimum quantity for our custom clothing. Designed to maximize the look, feel and comfort of the rider, more cyclists are opting for a new flavor and the feeling of a 'design' specific to their needs.

Created in Melbourne, Australia with a vision to offer a custom wear solution, our custom apparel offers all riders the best quality product by combining premium Italian materials, proven cuts and solid workmanship. All our products go through quality control testing before the finished product is presented to the customer.

All artwork and templates are scaled according to the desired cut and size, with all logos appearing clear and sharp on each finished garment by using Italian Ink, and European Sublimation printing machines. SOKHYTE believes the most important ingredient in any business is Customer Service, and this is the basis of all our dealings with our current, and future customers. Our mission is to provide superior customer service through our knowledge of the sporting industry, selection of our materials, and doing what we say we will do through consistent contact and communication at every step of the custom process. We have extensive knowledge of the sporting industry, many years travelling overseas to trade shows and factories.

 

We know what customers want with plenty of cycle racing experience. We are always looking to improve our product range, and invites you to sign up and give your feedback.

We offer NO MINIMUM ORDER on our custom clothing, with 80 pairs minimum order for custom socks, all prices will include the following:-

  • Setup fee

​

  • Artwork fee

​

  • Freight to Melbourne

​

  • Italian sublimation printing - Fluro optional at additional charges

​

  • Jerseys come standard with YKK zippers and Silicon waist grippers

​

  • Knicks come standard with Mesh bibs and Silicon leg grippers

​

  • All sizing options available including + sizes up to 6XL

​

Custom clothing has never been this easy, and with NO minimum order quantities we can design and develop your kit, and have you feeling like a 'Pro' in no time. We have a very simple and easy ordering process, with online ordering now available. The complete process takes around 6 weeks, with the delivery time around 4 weeks after confirmed payment.

1- Submit your design and / or idea to info@sokhyte.melbourne along with logos required for artwork OR fill in the contact form under 'contact us' and we will contact you.

​

2- Review the first artwork draft. This process normally takes 2-3 drafts to come up with the final approved artwork design.

​

3- Approve final artwork design.

​

4- Choose materials, and garments as well as the desired cut. E.g Race, Club, Womens cut.

​

5- Full invoice payment required after order is confirmed through bank transfer.   

​

6- Receive your order and you are ready to race.

 

Added value items such as reflective strip, coin pockets and fluro printing will incur additional charges, which will be advised at the time of order.
